A day in the life.

As our Facilities Maintenance Coordinator youll be the go-to person supporting the Administration and Facilities team with everything office-related. Youll act as a true brand ambassador making sure our office and meeting spaces not only stay clean and well-stocked but also reflect the culture were proud of. Youll keep things running smoothly by managing your time wisely prioritizing tasks and building great relationships with your colleagues vendors and other key contacts.

Wed love to meet you if your professional track record includes these skills:

• Experience handling daily kitchen duties such as coffee brewing and cleanup keeping the office and conference rooms clean organized and well-maintained to reflect the company brand
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to identifying areas that need attention
• Good communication skills and a friendly approachable demeanor
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively during the day shift
• Ability to work in our Schaumburg Illinois office 5 days a week
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds

These additional qualifications are a plus but not required to apply:

• Intermediate in Microsoft Office Suite
• Previous experience working in a corporate or professional office environment

• applicable base salary range for this role is $33300 to $56800.
  The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience skills training location certifications education and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case addition to the base salary this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
