How you will contribute
A Social Worker who excels in this role:
Provides psychosocial support services to patients and families
Collaborates with providers nursing and ancillary staff
Connects patients with community resources

Applicants should possess a bachelors degree and training commensurate with LCSWA or LCSW is required. Masters degree is preferred. Additional requirements include:
