Position Overview

We are seeking a Senior Analyst Record to Report (RTR) to join our Shared Services this role you will oversee month-end close processes review journal entries and prepare complex/non-routine entries including tax-related postings. You will ensure the accuracy of financial reporting while driving process improvements and providing guidance to junior team members.

Compensationrange for this role is 8-9.5 LPA and will be commensurate with the candidates experience skills and qualifications

What Youll Do

• Lead and manage month-end close activities ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
• Review journal entries prepared by Analysts and ensured compliance with accounting policies.
• Prepare and post non-routine and complex entries including tax-related adjustments.
• Perform reconciliations and variance analysis to ensure accuracy of general ledger balances.
• Collaborate with auditors and provide necessary schedules and documentation.
• Contribute to process optimization automation and standardization in RTR functions.
• Mentor and support junior team members within the RTR team.

What You Bring

• Bachelors degree in commerce (B. Com); CA Inter or CPA (in progress) preferred.
• 10 years of experience in RTR General Ledger or Corporate Accounting roles.
• Proven expertise in month-end close JE review and preparation of non-routine/tax entries.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles GAAP/IFRS standards and compliance requirements.
• Excellent analytical problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency with NetSuite (NS) as the primary ERP system.
• Exposure to MS Dynamics Zoho Books or QuickBooks Online (QBO).
• Experience working in Shared Services or professional services firms.
