Location Details: Gurugram Haryana
At GoDaddy the future of work looks different for each team. Some teams work in the office full-time; others have a hybrid arrangement (they work remotely some days and in the office some days)and some work entirely remotely.
This position may be a hybrid or fully remote position as decided by your manager. If designated as hybrid youll divide your time between working remotely from your home and an office location so you should live within commuting distance. If designated as remote youll be working remotely from your home and may occasionally visit a GoDaddy office to meet with your team for events or meetings. What youll get to do...
- As a Senior Engineering Manager you will have the opportunity to lead a successful team in shaping the technical vision and strategy for building tools and solutions for our CARE team to improve guide-facing products as well as build innovative new experiences using AI
- Your role will be pivotal in ensuring the high-quality delivery of products while fostering a culture of continuous learning collaboration and innovation within your team
- You will partner closely with product management and other teams to define and implement the technical roadmap setting clear project milestones that align with business objectives
Your experience should include...
- 12 years of experience delivering customer-facing products at scale with strong expertise in large-scale data systems distributed systems and microservices architecture.
- Engineering Leadership: 4 years as an engineering manager building effective teams fostering inclusive and engaging workplace environments and leading high-performing engineering groups.
- Cloud & Infrastructure Skills: 2 years of hands-on experience with cloud computing (AWS preferred) container orchestration and cloud-native platforms.
- Ownership & Delivery: Proven ability to design build and deliver scalable production-quality software solutions end-to-end.
- Innovation & AI: Passion for technology and innovation with experience in building AI-driven products and capability to drive company AI initiatives.
You might also have...
- Bachelors degree in computer science engineering or a related technical field (advanced degree preferred)
