Role description:
Assist the Senior Leader in delivering professional assignments in either new build or live operating business environments.
Provide a broad spectrum of the professional and building consultancy services to our Clients in line with Arcadis legislative and best practices.
Assist with undertaking Technical Due Diligence surveys in relation to real estate investment activities.
Documentation reviews to ensure statutory compliance of new and existing real estate assets.
Maintain documentation control processes and regular reporting to the team members and clients.
Actively network in the market and build client relationship base and contacts.
Maintain excellent professional standards and role modelling Built Asset Consultant behaviours.
Effective communication with Account Leaders Sector communities and Commission Managers.
Provide professional guidance and coaching support to the junior team members to achieve service excellence.
Qualifications & Experience:
Recognized degree in Building Surveying Building Construction Management or related discipline
Holder of a Chartered Membership professional status (e.g. HKIS RICS RPS) with at least 5 years post-qualification work experiences preferably from surveying consultancy organization
Fluent communication skills (both written and spoken) in English and preferably Cantonese but latter is not essential
Mandarin would be an advantage but not essential
Excellent time management to ensure any reporting deadlines can be suitably achieved
Good communication interpersonal and presentation skills
Mature self-motivated and team player
Proficient in using MS Applications
