This is an exciting growth opportunity for a marketing professional with about three years of experience who is ready to take the next step into management. Key Responsibilities

As the Marketing Manager you will lead regional marketing strategy and execution to elevate brand presence strengthen supplier relationships and drive marketing performance across Western Canada. Your responsibilities will include:

Team Leadership & Collaboration:

  • Lead and support a team of three marketing professionals providing guidance while learning and growing in your own leadership journey.
  • Collaborate across departments to align marketing initiatives with organizational goals.

Budget & Supplier Management:

  • Manage the annual co-op marketing fund including allocation invoicing reporting and ROI analysis.
  • Work closely with external partners and agencies to ensure campaigns are delivered on time and on budget.

Marketing Strategy & Execution:

  • Develop and execute integrated marketing plans that align with business objectives and supplier goals.
  • Oversee creation and distribution of marketing collateral and digital assets ensuring brand consistency across all platforms.
  • Design and manage digital and social media campaigns including Google Ads to drive engagement and growth.

Events & Promotions:

  • Plan and execute branch and regional events trade shows and promotions that enhance customer and supplier relationships.
  • Support local marketing efforts through collaboration with branch managers and regional leaders.

Reporting & Insights:

  • Deliver post-campaign and post-event analysis offering performance insights and improvement strategies.
  • Monitor industry trends competitor activity and customer behavior to inform marketing direction and strategy.

Qualifications

To succeed in this role candidates should demonstrate the following:

Education & Experience:

  • A degree in Marketing Communications Business or a related field is required.
  • 35 years of experience in marketing with exposure to strategy campaigns and digital channels.
  • Some supervisory or team lead experience is an asset but not required.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required.
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite is an asset.
  • Familiarity with Google Ads social media management tools and digital marketing analytics is strongly preferred.
