Our rehabilitation programs at our Oklahoma City South Hospital provide ongoing care and specialized treatment to patients throughout their recovery journey. We offer customized intense rehabilitation tailored to the individual needs of those recovering fromstrokebrain injuryneurological conditionstraumaspinal cord injury amputation andorthopedic injury.
How youll contribute
The Director of Pharmacy is responsible for leading and overseeing all operations of the pharmacy department to ensure safe effective and efficient medication use across the organization. This role involves strategic planning regulatory compliance financial management and the implementation of clinical and operational standards aligned with organizational goals. The Director manages departmental staff budgets and performance metrics while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development. This position requires strong leadership analytical and communication skills along with a comprehensive understanding of healthcare regulations and pharmacy best practices.
