As a Medical Education Associate with Strykers Orthopaedic Instruments team you will be at the center of creating impactful training experiences that empower surgeons and healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional patient care. Youll collaborate with dynamic teams across sales marketing and clinical functions coordinate hands-on events and programs and play a key role in bringing our innovative solutions to life.
What You Will Do:
- Coordinate and support medical education courses events and training programs.
- Coordinate and support OI equipment logistics at local regional and national events.
- Develop a foundational understanding of products procedures customers and the competitive landscape.
- Assist in designing and delivering engaging educational programs that align with business strategy.
- Collect and analyze data from medical education activities to provide insights for continuous improvement.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with internal branding communication and budgeting processes.
- Support the creation of training materials while ensuring compliance with internal guidelines and tools.
- Contribute to team initiatives by listening to customer feedback and applying learnings to program design and delivery.
WHAT YOU NEED:
Required
Preferred
- Internship experience related to marketing sales or healthcare.
- Internship or previous experience event planning and coordination
- Internship or experience supporting or coordinating clinical/medical education programs
- Familiarity with healthcare environments surgical procedures or medical device industry
Travel Percentage: 30%
