We are a reputable Portland based property restoration company specializing in structural repairs for properties with damages caused by water fire and storms as well as exterior repairs reconstruction and remodeling. Our company is looking for an experienced individual to join our team as a General Laborer. Come join our fun fast growing environment!
Job duties include but not limited to:
- Demo (Drywall flooring cabinets etc.)
- Mitigation services that include water mold etc.
- Willingness to go into crawlspaces to complete mitigation tasks
- Documentation of job as it progresses such as notes and photos
- Keep a safe workspace
- Pack personal contents at job site
- Manipulate contents within the home as needed to allow mitigation to be completed
- Take care of personal property items - Wrapping contents to prevent damage while being moved and stored
- Transport contents to our facility for cleaning/storage
- Provide excellent customer service through entire job process
Qualifications:
- Experience in mitigation services a plus
- Know how to use basic hand and power tools
- Moving / packing experience a plus
- Ability to lift and maneuver 50 pounds
- Positive attitude and great work ethic
- Valid drivers license
- Be able to pass a background check

Compensation starts at $20-$22 depending on experience
Compensation: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
