Sentara Home Care is seeking to hire a qualified individual to join our team as a Home Health Aide.
Position Status: Full Time - Day Shift
Position Location: Virginia Beach VA
Salary Range: $32760 - $42556
We provide market-competitive compensation packages inclusive of base pay incentives and benefits.
Overview
Home Health Aides will perform basic and routine patient care such as personal hygiene grooming toileting meal preparation and feeding intake/output ambulation and assisting patients with transfer from/to bed toilet and other areas of the home.
Education
- No specific education requirements
Certification/Licensure
- CNA (Required)
- First Aid Basics (Required)
- BLS (Required within 90 days)
Experience
- Basic and routine patient care
- Personal hygiene grooming toileting meal preparation and feeding
- Intake/output
- Ambulation
- Assisting patients with transfer from/to bed toilet and other areas of the home
