The Opportunity
Were looking for an experienced Principal Salesforce Developer to drive the technical delivery of advanced Salesforce solutions across key university functions such as student recruitment admissions student services alumni engagement and advancement to further the goals of the new Student Management System Transformation (SMST) program.
In this pivotal role you will provide technical leadership across the full Salesforce development lifecycle from solution design and implementation to testing and ongoing maintenance. Your work will ensure the delivery of scalable secure and user-centric applications that meet strategic business needs.
Youll collaborate closely with senior leaders decision-makers developers business analysts project managers and testing teams to deliver well-engineered solutions that align with Program goals and stakeholder expectations.
Beyond development youll play a key role in strengthening capability and embedding best-practice software development across the Portfolio influencing optimal approaches promoting recognised models and driving continuous improvement.
