In your new role as a associate level Service Technician you will be responsible for basic repairs calibration and preventative maintenance on JLG equipment . This position will assist other technicians in the equipment diagnosis and repairs to further their knowledge and understanding of advance troubleshooting and equipment maintenance.
YOUR IMPACT
These duties are not meant to be all-inclusive and other duties may be assigned.
Assist with repairs of material handling equipment and other industrial equipment to learn safe work habits and gain knowledge of machine repair calibration and adjustments.
Perform simple repairs and preventive maintenance under supervision of the lead mechanic.
Wash and clean machines in preparation to be moved into shop for estimation or repairs.
Support other technicians in inspection and diagnosis of equipment issues.
Loading and unloading equipment parts and maintaining an organized yard area.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
High School Diploma or its equivalent.
Zero to one (0-1) years of experience in the field or in a related area.
Valid drivers license and ability to meet company driving eligibility standards as operating a company vehicle is an essential function of the position.
STANDOUT QUALIFICATIONS
Knowledge of equipment repair and maintenance.
Verbal and written communication skills.
Detail oriented.
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment.
Familiarity with maintenance safety regulations.
WORKING CONDITIONS
The following represents general working conditions for this role. Specific conditions may vary depending on business needs and individual circumstances.
This role combines office-based administrative duties with physical activity in field or production environments.
In the office setting tasks may require extended computer use sitting and attending meetings.
Field or floor work may involve walking across various terrains or shop floors standing moderate lifting (up to 50 pounds) climbing stairs and exposure to varying temperatures or noise levels.
Must be able to shift focus between detailed cognitive work and occasional physical tasks as needed.

Pay Range:
$39600.00 - $60600.00The above pay range reflects the minimum and maximum target pay for the position across all U.S. locations. Within this range individual pay is determined by various factors including the scope and responsibilities of the role the candidates experience education and skills as well as the equity of pay among team members in similar positions.
