Job Summary
Title: Team Lead
Location: Ft. Worth TX
Reports to: Warehouse Manager
Position Summary:
This Team Lead will provide direct interaction with all warehouse team members involved in replenishing picking packing and shipping orders provide assistance and guidance to employees on issues related to the fulfillment process.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assign orders for processing
- Verify order accuracy and product quality
- Prepare BOLs and arrange local international and LTL shipments
- Ensure orders are processed and shipped on time and investigate all late orders
- Investigate orders that have been shipped incomplete or lost
- Work with Production and Inventory Control to ensure products are available for orders
- Have sufficient ability to identify colors sizes quantity label and SKU information
- Monitor and review associate metrics
- Effectively communicate strategies and goals with the team leading to excellent customer service
- Support and encourage healthy team engagement and moral
- Provide leadership to the shipping team
- Must be able to lift up to 65 lbs.
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness
- Miscellaneous: Any other activity requested by management

Must have:
Ability to speak and read the English language

Possess a high attention to detail and accuracy
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
Previous material handling experience
