The Role:
As FP&A Senior Analyst you will be responsible to analyze financial results and data of various business units and regions with high attention to detail and accuracy. Use the data to create financial presentations involving graphs charts diagrams and new ways to analyze the financial results and drive the business performance forward. Solve problems and develop new methods of analysis to streamline decision-making.
What Youll Do:
- Demonstrate deep functional knowledge has breadth of experiences to work autonomously on the most complex business issues may assist Leadership with strategy development
- Proactively analyze business results (vs. forecast budget and prior year) to identify trends risks and optimize business results
- Apply financial analysis tools and work experiences to influence current and future profitability (e.g. financial models business cases run rate advanced data analytics)
- Prepare reporting package with insight for monthly operating review and /or Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) anticipating logical questions based on content
- Operate autonomously where ambiguity and time constraints exist
- Key analyst in the budget and Long-Term Plan development analyze trends to establish bold yet achievable targets
- Lead financial analysis as a member of cross functional teams (e.g. OpEx new business opportunity)
- Effectively communicate financial performance and results of analysis performed to Senior Finance Leadership and key business partners anticipating questions
- Proactively seeks opportunities to grow (e.g. develops new skills attend training opportunities network feedback)
Your Skills & Abilities (Required Qualification)
Educational Background:
University degree (Accounting / Business)
MBA / CMA / CFA is a plus
5 7 years of experience in Financial Analysis / Managerial Accounting
Required Skills:
Strong knowledge of Budget preparation and financial statements.
Good knowledge of Financial Modeling and presentation (preparing and presenting).
Excellent command of computer skills
High interpersonal skills
Planning and time management Skills
Driving for Results Skills
Working under pressure Skills
Strong follow-up skills Details/Action oriented Very Good Analytical Skills
