As our new Senior Community Housing Officer youll lead tenancy and property management for Unitings newest high density community housing development in Bendigo. Youll oversee approximately 80 tenancies ensuring high-quality consumer-centered services in compliance with The Residential Tenancies Act (RTA) and regulatory requirements. Youll work closely with renters community partners and internal teams to sustain tenancies resolve issues and build a thriving housing community.
Youll work onsite in Bendigo and collaborate with Unitings statewide Housing Services team. The role has potential to oversee additional properties across Victoria and future leadership opportunities may include mentoring up to two direct reports.
Youll be part of Unitings Housing Services team a passionate group committed to delivering safe sustainable housing solutions. We work collaboratively across the organisation and with external partners to support renters and strengthen communities.
