The Role

GES is seeking to appoint a knowledgeable and dedicated ICT Teacher to deliver the IGCSE and A Level curriculum from August 2025. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced educator to inspire students in the dynamic and everevolving field of Information and Communication Technology.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging and wellstructured lessons in line with the British curriculum

• Teach ICT to students at IGCSE and A Level

• Prepare students thoroughly for external examinations

• Integrate technology effectively into teaching and learning

• Encourage critical thinking digital literacy and innovation

• Contribute to the departments development and cocurricular ICT initiatives

• Assess record and report on the development and progress of students

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelors degree in ICT Computer Science or a related subject (Masters preferred)

• UKrecognised teaching qualification (e.g. PGCE or QTS)

• Minimum of 35 years experience teaching in a British curriculum school

• Native English speaker with British nationality (visa requirement)

• Strong understanding of IGCSE and A Level ICT syllabi

• Passion for teaching innovation and continuous professional growth
