What youll work on
Help build and scale a category-defining AI-led operations platform in the property domain. The core architecture is live; your mission is to evolve intelligent autonomous workflows that replace manual processes end-to-end.
Youll:
- Be backend/system integration focused with Python
- Ensure smooth connectivity with Salesforce Claude and other existing systems
- Work in an embedded four-person hedgehog lab team alongside a small high-calibre product/engineering group across US/EU time zones.
- Operate in a trusted partnership model focused on capability building and sustainable delivery.
The team setup
Youll be part of an embedded squad of 4 engineers collaborating closely with a lean product design and engineering group. Expect fast feedback loops clear ownership and plenty of space to influence architecture and roadmap.
What youll bring:
Core skills (most critical)
- Deep experience with LangGraph LLMs and agentic systems
- Strong Python development for production services
