Job Summary

Top Building (Pty) Limited is a fast-growing property
maintenance company based in Pretoria proudly servicing major clients
in the insurance banking and manufacturing sectors.
We are currently looking for a skilled and reliable Electrician to join our dynamic team on a contractual basis
Tasks
Key Responsibilities:
Install maintain and repair electrical wiring equipment and fixtures.
Perform routine inspections testing and troubleshooting of electrical systems.
Ensure compliance with electrical codes safety standards and company policies.
Collaborate with project teams on construction and maintenance projects.
Provide preventative maintenance to minimize system downtime.
Accurately document work performed and maintain job records.
Requirements
Minimum Requirements:
Matric (Grade 12)
Valid drivers license
At least 3 years of hands-on electrician experience
Males between 2040 years of age
Strong verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
Professional attitude and problem-solving mindset
Trade Test Certificate (Electrician) or equivalent qualification.
Sound knowledge of electrical systems tools and safety regulations.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
