Key Responsibilities: Develop maintain and optimize Excel dashboards and reports that provide clear actionable business insights. Utilize pivot tables charts and graphs to visually represent complex data sets effectively. Create and automate Excel macros and VBA scripts to enhance dashboard functionality and improve efficiency. Perform detailed data analysis to identify trends patterns and anomalies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather dashboard requirements and translate them into robust solutions. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data accuracy and dashboard performance. Primary Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel including pivot tables charts and graphs. Strong VBA/Macro development skills for automation and enhanced dashboard interactivity. Expertise in data analysis techniques and statistical concepts. Ability to clean organize and validate large datasets for accurate reporting. Secondary Skills: Familiarity with Power Query and Power Pivot is a plus. Basic understanding of other BI tools (e.g. Power BI Tableau) is beneficial but not mandatory. Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities. Excellent communication skills to present findings clearly.
