Job: Oracle EPM Functional Consultant GAAP Workstream Lead

Location: Denver CO; Cedar Rapids IA; or Philadelphia PA (preferred) Remote possible for right candidate

Duration: 6-Month Contract (extensions likely; 2 3 year program)

Employment Type: W2 only

About the Role:

Lead the GAAP workstream in clients ERP & Financial Reporting modernization program
Drive transition from IFRS17 U.S. GAAP in alignment with parent company Aegon
Act as functional/tech lead within the Oracle EPM program (ARCS FCCS EDM TRCS)

Key Responsibilities

Lead GAAP workstream aligned with Oracle EPM implementation
Collaborate with finance compliance FP&A ERP and CFO leadership teams
Act as SME for GAAP reporting in EPM modules (ARCS FCCS EDM TRCS)
Design & validate GAAP-specific reporting controls for compliance & audit readiness
Partner with vendors enforce timelines validate GAAP deliverables
Support testing (SIT/UAT) deployment & stabilization of GAAP reporting
Deliver updates risk assessments & presentations to executives

Required Qualifications

Proven Oracle EPM Functional Consulting expertise (ARCS FCCS EDM TRCS)
Strong background in accounting ERP Financials (GL Consolidation Reporting)
Hands-on experience with GAAP & IFRS17 reporting frameworks
Financial compliance audit and regulatory reporting expertise
Ability to manage vendors & stakeholders effectively
Excellent communication & leadership skills

Preferred Skills

Large-scale finance transformation experience
Insurance industry financial reporting knowledge
Familiarity with parallel ERP/EPM implementation programs
