Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate patients physical cognitive and emotional conditions to develop effective treatment plans.
- Provide therapy to improve motor skills coordination and activities of daily living (ADLs).
- Utilize therapeutic exercises adaptive equipment and assistive technology to enhance patient outcomes.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including physicians nurses and physical therapists.
- Educate patients and caregivers on exercises and strategies for continued progress.
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in compliance with regulations.
Requirements:
- Education: Graduate from an accredited Occupational Therapy with a minimum of a Masters Degree in OT.
- License: Active OT license.
- Experience: 1 year of occupational therapy experience.
- Certifications: BLS (Basic Life Support) certification.
- Skills: Excellent interpersonal organizational and written and verbal communication skills.
