Required Skills : Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain declarative automations (e.g. Flows) to streamline business processes. Refactor legacy automation (e.g. Process Builders) into optimized Flow solutions. Troubleshoot and resolve complex Salesforce issues related to automation integrations and performance. Integrate Salesforce with third-party platforms such as Certinia (formerly FinancialForce). Enhance customizations using Apex Visualforce and Lightning Web Components (LWC). Manage deployments using tools like Gearset following SDLC best practices. Collaborate with DevOps teams on source control and release management (e.g. Git). Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions. Qualifications 5-8 years of experience in Salesforce development (non-admin) Bachelors degree in Computer Science IT Finance or related field Advanced proficiency in Flow Builder and declarative automation Intermediate coding skills in Apex Visualforce and LWC Experience integrating Salesforce with financial/project management platforms Strong troubleshooting skills across Salesforce components Familiarity with Gearset change sets and SDLC methodology Exposure to DevOps tools and practices (Bitbucket GitHub etc.) Salesforce Platform Developer and App Builder certifications preferred Strong analytical documentation and collaboration skills Excellent verbal and written communication Ability to thrive in a fast-paced remote-first environment
