Kforce s notable Retail Client is looking for a UX Auditor who can in addition to auditing actually provide design mock ups of exactly what is being recommended out of the audit. Being able to produce those elevated designs that illustrate recommendations will be a key focus moving forward.
This role is 100% onsite Monday - Thursday in San Francisco CA. Long Term Contract - 6 months to start. This team is responsible for designing the user experience for all IT products that are delivered to our customers business associates and consumers.
This is a unique role however as it is not a UX Design role. This role requires a strong foundation in UX methodologies along with what makes a usable and engaging experience that drives conversion. You will analyze the competitive landscape to identify areas of opportunity across all our clients brands and present those findings/recommendations to business stakeholders.
Additionally this role requires someone who strategically uses data to prioritize true UX competitive audit. The recommendations this you will provide will be more than usability. You will be looking at how well our client does in merchandising across brands. These areas include merchandising product taxonomy photography product copy etc.
Required Skills : 5 year of experience open to someone coming from UX Design UX Research Experience providing design mock ups of audit recommendations and presenting findings to executive teams Strong UX knowledge and perspective. Ability to assess websites user experience. Design of balance / analytical side / comfortable to learn analytics tool / more importantly very comfortable in PowerPoint Deep understanding of ecommerce UX best practices to drive customer acquisition retention and conversion across devices Candidates should understand what s a needle mover in ecommerce vs a violation of usability principal (i.e. ecommerce drivers rather than just UX drivers) Ability to be strategic and tactical (see forest vs. the trees) Expert in analyzing merchandising strategies product taxonomy photography and copy personalization and next-gen interface patterns Strategic thinking and storytelling skills to synthesize insights into clear actionable recommendations
