Job Description:

Serve as the primary technical point of contact for SSD controller customers
Support product discussions debugging (FA) and technical issue resolution
Manage Jira ticket flow and ensure timely closure and communication
Collaborate closely with internal ASIC firmware and system engineers
Track project timelines issues and status updates for assigned customers
Participate in design reviews and offer feedback on schematic/PCB layout
Help escalate and translate customer needs into product or firmware updates
