Job Title: Low-Level Firmware Developer

Location: Chennai

Job Type : Full Time

Work Type: Onsite

Position Description:

Key Skills:

Strong proficiency in C with emphasis on low-level programming.
Hands-on experience with microcontrollers (ARM Cortex-M PIC MSP430 etc.).
Good knowledge of RTOS concepts (FreeRTOS Zephyr or similar).
Familiarity with communication protocols UART I2C SPI CAN USB Ethernet.
Exposure to embedded debugging tools (JTAG Oscilloscope Logic Analyzer).
Strong problem-solving and debugging skills at the system and firmware level.

DOMAIN - Storage.

Storage Protocols and Interfaces

SATA SAS PCIe
NVMe Very critical for modern SSD firmware
eMMC UFS Often used in mobile/storage firmware
SCSI ATA Legacy support and understanding

Storage Technologies

NAND Flash (SLC/MLC/TLC/QLC)
Wear leveling Garbage Collection ECC
SSD architecture FTL (Flash Translation Layer) bad block management
