Assistant General Manager
Candidates for this position should be motivated by working in a fast-paced environment with a passion for service and a desire to share those qualities with those around them. This entry level management position gives customer service professionals the opportunity to share hone their skillset by engaging with customers and team members in a position of example and authority.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Be responsible for the onboarding process of all new employees. By educating new hires in general brand and restaurant knowledge and ensuring each new employee receives the appropriate position specific training.
- Create programs that incentivize staff to excel in customer service and are engaged in current marketing programs.
- Maintain Customer loyalty programs.
- Organize and supervise shifts.
- Set an excellent example of Customer service to all staff and guests.
Experience: 2 years Restaurant Management experience FOH Manager Assistant General Manager in elevated Casual with bar or strong independent brand.
