ServiceNow Development Experience: At least 2 years experience in
ServiceNow development experience with CSM and ITSM modules (Case
Management Knowledge Management Service Portal Virtual Agent etc.).
Technical Skills: ServiceNow scripting languages such as JavaScript
Business Rules Client Scripts UI Actions UI Pages and ServiceNow
Workflow/Flow.
CSM Experience: Exposure to and/or implementing experience within
Customer Service Management (CSM) modules.
TPSM experience: Experience with or implementing Technology Provider
Service Management (TPSM) including Service Bridge for ServiceNow to
ServiceNow is a plus.
Integration Skills: Experience with REST integrations and understanding of
how to integrate ServiceNow with third-party systems.
Problem-Solving: Ability to identify technical problems and propose
innovative solutions that enhance system functionality and efficiency.
Collaboration: Strong team player with the ability to collaborate effectively
with cross-functional teams.
Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills
with the ability to articulate technical concepts clearly.
