Role Role & Responsibilities

As a Brand Promoter you will be at the forefront of exciting new product launches and campaigns. You will play a key role in building brand awareness and driving sales growth through engaging consumer interactions and creative promotional activities. Youll collaborate closely with a passionate team contributing to innovative marketing strategies.

Main tasks include

Develop and implement engaging promotional strategies to increase brand awareness and drive sales.
Lead on-site promotional activities ensuring consistent brand messaging and high-quality customer experiences.
Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers and key stakeholders.
Track and analyze campaign performance providing data-driven recommendations for optimization.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute innovative promotional ideas.

Requirements

Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications or a related field.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in brand promotion or a related field.
Proven ability to develop and implement successful promotional campaigns.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Passion for building brands and connecting with consumers.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong understanding of the Indian consumer market.
Experience working in the consumer goods industry is a plus.
