Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement OHS&E management systems policies and procedures.
Ensure compliance with local statutory regulations ISO standards and client HSE requirements.
Identify hazards assess risks and implement effective control measures.
Conduct regular site inspections safety audits and accident investigations.
Provide training toolbox talks and awareness programs for employees and subcontractors.
Maintain incident/accident records and prepare periodic HSE performance reports.
Lead emergency response planning and drills at project sites.
Coordinate with project managers engineers and contractors to ensure safe work practices.
Monitor waste management pollution control and sustainability initiatives.
Promote a strong safety culture and drive continuous improvement in HSE performance.

Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelors Degree in Engineering / Environmental Science / Occupational Safety or equivalent.
Professional certifications such as NEBOSH IOSH OSHA or Diploma in Industrial Safety.
Minimum 8 12 years of experience in construction industry HSE management.
Strong knowledge of occupational health safety regulations and environmental laws.
Experience in high-risk construction environments (e.g. high-rise tunnelling metro infrastructure).
Excellent leadership communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to conduct training sessions and promote workforce engagement in safety.

Worked on large-scale EPC / Infrastructure / Metro / Oil & Gas projects.
Exposure to international HSE management systems (ISO 45001 ISO 14001).
