Job Description:
- We are seeking a Configuration Technician to join our team in Montreal.
- The technician will be responsible for configuring testing and preparing computer systems and related hardware according to client requirements.
- This role involves working with imaging software troubleshooting basic technical issues and ensuring all equipment is ready for deployment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure and install operating systems applications and updates on laptops desktops and other devices.
- Perform quality checks to ensure systems meet specifications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve basic technical or configuration issues.
- Maintain accurate documentation of completed tasks and equipment status.
- Work collaboratively with the technical team to meet daily and weekly targets.
Requirements:
- 1 year of experience in IT support configuration or related technical role.
- Basic knowledge of Windows OS imaging tools and hardware setup.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow processes.
- Good communication skills (French and/or English).
