Job Summary

Responsibilities

Maintenance Duties:

Perform and oversee preventative and corrective maintenance on machinery and facility systems

Troubleshoot mechanical electrical pneumatic and hydraulic equipment issues

Coordinate with outside vendors for specialized repairs or services

Maintain maintenance records and ensure compliance with safety and operational standards

Assist in equipment upgrades and facility improvements

Production Supervision Duties:

Supervise and support daily production activities ensuring efficiency and safety

Lead train and motivate production team members to achieve performance goals

Monitor workflow and adjust labor or resources to meet production demands

Ensure compliance with company policies safety regulations and quality standards

Collaborate with other departments (engineering quality inventory) to solve operational issues

Requirements

Minimum 5 years of experience in building/machine maintenance within a manufacturing setting

Minimum 2 years of supervisory or team leadership experience

Strong knowledge of mechanical systems industrial electrical systems and facility operations

Experience with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems) preferred

Ability to read technical drawings schematics and equipment manuals

Excellent organizational communication and problem-solving skills

Willingness to be hands-on and work in a fast-paced production environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70000.00 - $75000.00 per year
