JOB SUMMARY:
Supports the operation of the Plant daily learning/understanding how established targets are met and exceeded; ensures all packing schedules are attained products are received timely and accurately products are shipped timely and accurately and the warehouse stays in a state of good standing.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Other duties may be assigned:
Accurately and efficiently performs all assigned procedures including receiving shipping distribution material handling picking and goods movement.
Professionally and effectively communicate issues to leadership.
Willingness and ability to support business needs including overtime.
Actively participates in all change management/lean transformation activities.
Responsible for assuring safety and quality in all actions. The role including all day-to-day tasks and responsibilities should therefore be executed while adhering to all applicable Safety and Quality Management policies procedures and requirements to ensure an optimal level of safety and quality in both our products and services.

EDUCATION EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:
HS diploma or local equivalent
2 years experience in warehouse/shipping setting preferred.
Forklift experience preferred.
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:
Time management
Organizational skills
Team player
Good written and verbal communication skills
Basic Computer Literacy
Ability to lift 30 lbs.
No more than 3 short term jobs in a 2 year period
Must be fork like experienced in sit down and stand up fork lifts. Need someone who is experienced in picking packing and processing shipments/loading and unloading trucks. SAP experience is a plus
