Job Summary (Business Systems Analyst IV Reston VA):

- Gather analyze and document business and technical requirements for projects.
- Serve as the primary liaison between development and QA/testing teams ensuring clear communication.
- Participate actively in Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups sprint planning and retrospectives.
- Write and execute complex SQL queries including multi-table joins for data validation and analysis.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support and implement cloud-based initiatives (AWS).
- Prepare and deliver comprehensive documentation presentations and reports.
- Utilize JIRA and Confluence for project tracking and documentation.
- Apply strong Microsoft Office Suite skills (Excel Word PowerPoint) for various project needs.
- Communicate effectively with both technical and business stakeholders.
- Leverage 8 10 years of Business Systems Analyst experience to drive project success.
