Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate retail sales of wireless services while delivering an outstanding customer-first experience.
- Educate customers on the benefits features and functionality of the mobile plan.
- Confidently compare the brands plans with competitors to help customers make informed decisions.
- Answer customer questions resolve issues and manage account setup/switching.
- Assist existing customers with service and troubleshooting needs.
- Stay current on the latest products features and offerings of the prepaid partner.
- Participate in bi-weekly evening events and local marketing activities to promote the brand.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of experience working with a prepaid mobile plan provider in a physical retail store.
- Experience in retail sales ideally in a pop-up shop or electronics/telco environment.
- Strong interest in mobile technology and gadgets.
- Ability to quickly learn and retain detailed product and plan information.
- Comfortable using Google Suite (Docs Sheets) Apple hardware and other provided technology
