Job Description
- Seeking a Team Leader to lead a team of bargaining unit employees.
- The team leader is responsible for daily inventory management administration duties for staff and ensuring all departmental goals are achieved.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of leadership experience
- Proven ability to coach and develop team members
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suites
- Previous HealthCare industry experience
- Experience leading in a bargaining unit environment
- Detailed knowledge of assigned client department(s)/area(s) including all applicable policies procedures and processes as preferred.
- Previous HealthCare industry experience
- Experience leading in a bargaining unit environment
- Bachelors Degree in related field preferred.
- A minimum of 60 college credits is required.
- Two (2) years experience in a leadership role preferred.
