Job Summary

Seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead the planning and implementation of a statewide IT project for the Division of Public Health. This role will oversee project execution coordinate with internal teams vendors and stakeholders and ensure successful delivery of the new solution.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and manage project plans schedules budgets and documentation.
Oversee scope resources risk quality and vendor deliverables.
Coordinate change management training and rollout activities.
Ensure compliance with State and PMBOK project standards.
Serve as liaison between IT teams business leaders and vendors.

Required Skills:

Strong IT project management negotiation and communication skills.
Proficiency with project tools (Agile Scrum Kanban).
Experience writing RFPs/RFQs and technical documentation.
Proven ability to manage large complex IT projects (cloud-based a plus)
