Job Title: Service Administrator - III
Location: Albany NY 12205
Duration: 12 Months with Possible Extension
Shift Time: Monday-Friday position working 8:30am-5:00pm.

Job Summary:
As the first point of contact youll help customers over the phone and in person provide great service and support daily operations at the branch.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer and respond to customer calls and walk-ins

  • Handle inquiries resolve basic issues and provide updates

  • Create service work orders and process payments

  • Perform billing data entry and general office tasks

  • Maintain strong customer relationships and clear communication

What Were Looking For:

  • 1 year of customer service experience

  • Strong communication and soft skills (patience professionalism)

  • Comfortable using phones and basic computer systems

  • Organized detail-oriented and able to multitask in a fast-paced setting

  • Some technical background is a plus
