As the first point of contact youll help customers over the phone and in person provide great service and support daily operations at the branch.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer and respond to customer calls and walk-ins
Handle inquiries resolve basic issues and provide updates
Create service work orders and process payments
Perform billing data entry and general office tasks
Maintain strong customer relationships and clear communication
What Were Looking For:
1 year of customer service experience
Strong communication and soft skills (patience professionalism)
Comfortable using phones and basic computer systems
Organized detail-oriented and able to multitask in a fast-paced setting
Some technical background is a plus
