Desired Skillset:
Agile Project Management Requirement gathering Business Requirement Analysis Business Requirement Document Gap Analysis Gap solution document Writing User Stories Sprint Planning Sprint Review Sprint Retrospective Business Analyst Product Management Scrum Master Stakeholder Management Team.
Total Work Experience: 2-4 Years
Expectations from the candidate:
- Participating in client calls to understand the business requirement.
- Drafted user story and acceptance criteria for success.
- Motivating and guiding the team to resolve the issues raised during the daily stand-up calls.
- Coordinating between multiple stakeholders.
- Participating in client workshops to understand business requirements.
- Played a crucial role in SDLC within the specified timeline.
- Provided technical assistance during the software deployment in production.
Educational Qualification: Any Bachelor's/ Master’s Degree. Certifications will be good.
