As a Care Assistant on Days your role will include:
- Support residents with personal care meals and daily routines
- Promote independence and dignity in everyday tasks
- Build meaningful relationships with residents and their families
- Accurately document care records and communicate with the wider care team
- Help maintain a clean safe and welcoming environment
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver person-centred care

*Overtime is paid for working over full time hours. However overtime enhancement will not feature on your contract of employment and can be withdrawn at any time as managers decision is final.
