Care Assistant (Days). Fleetwood Hall Care Home
- £12.26 per hour
- 38.5 hours per week
- 8am-8pm working on a '3 on 3 off' rota
- Please note this role is not eligible for visa sponsorship

Located near the stunning Lancashire coast our 62-bed home offers a modern welcoming and supportive environment for both our residents and team members.

As a Care Assistant on Days your role will include:
- Support residents with personal care meals and daily routines
- Promote independence and dignity in everyday tasks
- Build meaningful relationships with residents and their families
- Accurately document care records and communicate with the wider care team
- Help maintain a clean safe and welcoming environment
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver person-centred care

*Overtime is paid for working over full time hours. However overtime enhancement will not feature on your contract of employment and can be withdrawn at any time as managers decision is final. Free meals are given if working over an 8 hour shift and are subject to terms and conditions. Discounts are accessed using our ‘Reward Me’ app. Flexible pay is available via ‘WAGESTREAM’
