Job Description
New Business Development
- Identify and pursue new clients within the hygiene and pest control sector
- Build a strong pipeline through cold calling networking and market research
- Develop and present tailored proposals and pricing strategies
- Negotiate and close deals while maintaining a professional client-facing image
Client Retention
- Strengthen relationships with existing clients by introducing new services
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction
- Participate in client feedback sessions to improve service delivery
Business Development Planning
- Attend industry events and stay informed on market and competitor trends
- Identify opportunities for new campaigns services and distribution channels
- Contribute to strategic planning by consulting with senior management
Management and Research
- Maintain accurate CRM records and submit weekly progress reports
- Forecast and track sales targets supporting the team in achieving goals
- Ensure compliance with vendor and prequalification requirements
- Represent Tsebo professionally and contribute to internal knowledge sharing
