Job Overview: We are seeking highly motivated and customer-oriented individuals to join our team as Cabin Crew. As a member of our cabin crew you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our flights. You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service ensuring the safety and well-being of our passengers and maintaining the high standards of our company. Key Responsibilities: - Greet passengers upon boarding and assist them with finding their seats - Conduct pre-flight safety checks and provide safety demonstrations to passengers - Serve meals beverages and snacks to passengers according to their preferences and dietary needs - Respond to passenger requests and inquiries in a prompt and friendly manner - Ensure the cabin is clean tidy and well-stocked throughout the flight - Monitor and maintain the cabins equipment including emergency and medical supplies - Assist passengers with any special needs such as unaccompanied minors or disabled passengers - Work closely with the flight crew to ensure a smooth and safe flight - Adhere to all safety and security procedures and regulations - Handle any in-flight emergencies with professionalism and composure - Contribute to the overall positive image of the company by providing exceptional customer service at all times Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent - Previous experience in customer service hospitality or aviation is preferred - Fluent in English both written and verbal (additional language skills are a plus) - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment - Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills - Physically fit and able to meet the physical demands of the job including lifting and carrying heavy items - Willingness to work irregular hours including weekends and holidays - Must be able to pass a background check and obtain necessary security clearances Contract Details: This is a full-time position based in Johannesburg South Africa. The cabin crew will be required to work a flexible schedule which may include early mornings late nights weekends and holidays. The contract will include a competitive salary and benefits package.
