About the role
We are currently seeking an Assistant Client Engagement CRM Analyst to join NSW Public Works (NSW PW) The role will ensure that NSW Public Works CRM data is accurate and complete that reports and dashboards are fit-for-purpose and easily accessible and understood across the organisation and workflows and automations are configured in a way that enables the front line staff of the organisation to better service their clients in a coordinated One-NSWPW fashion.
