Job Description
If you are an Engineering student looking for an opportunity to grow Emerson has an exciting opportunity for you as a Facilities EngineeringIntern! Based in our Boulder CO location you will provide engineering support for various facility-related projects.
In this Role Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Contribute through planning design and modification of facilities assets to support the business functions within.
- Learn how engineering problem solving methodology can be applied to complex problems
- Participate in multiple projects at different stages such as initiation design planning and execution
- Be exposed to critical and complex building systems such as chilled water heating water hazardous exhaust electrical distribution specialty gases fire protection etc.

You identify and seize new opportunities. You convert ideas into actions and produce results with new initiatives. You solicit both input and discussion. You collaborate well by making new connections and building relationships in other areas and teams.
For This Role You Will Need:
- Currently enrolled in an accredited college/university
- Pursuing a Bachelors in Engineering or similar STEM
- Zero (0) years ofrelated experience
- Ability to work full-time (40 hours) per week in-person for the duration of the internship.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States. No sponsorship will be provided.

Our compensation philosophy is simple: we pay a competitive base salary within the local market in which we operate and reward performance during our annual merit review process. The starting salary for this role is $26.00 an hour commensurate with the skills talent capabilities and experience each candidate brings to a role.
