Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Technician with a passion for jewelry and CAD development. This role is perfect for freshers or early-career professionals who are eager to grow in the jewelry and design industry while gaining hands-on experience in a global business environment.
As a Sales Technician you will work closely with clients and internal teams to support jewelry design projects ensure technical accuracy and contribute to a seamless sales process.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist clients in understanding CAD-based jewelry designs and product specifications.
- Support the preparation of technical drawings and CAD files for client review.
- Coordinate with design and production teams to ensure accurate execution of orders.
- Prepare and maintain documentation proposals and quotations using MS Office tools.
- Provide excellent business communication with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Maintain a positive customer-first attitude while collaborating with team members.
Requirements
Education & Certification
- Fynetone Professional Certification (Required)
- CAD Development Professional Certification (Preferred)
Skills & Competencies
- Basic proficiency in MS Office (Word Excel PowerPoint).
- Strong business communication skills verbal and written.
- Collaboration & Teamwork: A positive attitude ability to work in a team and customer-first mindset.
Experience
- Jewelry and design background preferred.
