Join a company that values your growth wellbeing and passion where your career is supported every step of the way.What you will be doing:As a Laundry Attendant youll play a key role in creating a welcoming clean and comfortable environment for every guest. Whether its maintaining fresh linens and laundry maintaining public spaces or supporting event setup your attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness directly contribute to the extraordinary experiences were known for.Your responsibilities will include:- Maintain the hotel laundry operations to ensure a safe and clean experience for hotel guests associates and vendors.
- Sort various laundry items for washing purposes and separates items needing special attention.
- Use both washer and dryer machines and associated cleaning agents to effectively clean laundry items.
- Remove stains from items using the appropriate procedures.
- Fold sheets towels and other items using best standard practices.
- Run carts of linens up to other floors as required.
- Report any maintenance issues to the Housekeeping Manager as needed.
- Maintain a clean and safe laundry area at all times.
- Assist housekeeping team members with room and common area cleaning tasks as scheduled.
- Sets up cleaning carts with supplies as required.
- May be required to ensure rooms have proper supplies as needed. Supplies to be stocked may include toilet paper fresh towels unopened bottles of shampoo and unused soap among others.
- Maintains a friendly cheerful and courteous demeanor at all times.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

- Clean criminal background check
- Ability to work independently and part of a team with minimal supervision
- Availability to work during the day and weekends required
- Experience in Housekeeping/cleaning an asset
