We are currently seeking experienced MD (Medical Doctor) and DO (Osteopathic Doctor) Radiologists . As a Radiologist you will play a crucial role in diagnosing and treating patients through medical imaging. Your expertise is vital in providing accurate and timely interpretations of various imaging tests such as X-rays MRIs and CT scans. As an MD or DO Radiologist you will be involved in a wide range of projects from conducting diagnostic procedures to consulting with other healthcare professionals. Responsibilities:
- Interpret imaging results accurately and provide timely reports.
- Perform and analyze diagnostic procedures such as ultrasounds MRIs and CT scans.
- Collaborate with referring physicians to discuss patient cases and treatment plans.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and quality assurance standards.
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss complex cases.
- Stay updated on the latest advancements and technologies in the field of radiology.
- Provide guidance and supervision to radiologic technologists and support staff.
- Communicate effectively with patients to explain procedures and results.
Requirements:
- Medical Doctor (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from an accredited institution.
- Board certification in Radiology.
- Valid state medical license to practice as a Radiologist.
- Demonstrated experience in interpreting a variety of imaging tests.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
- Commitment to ongoing education and professional development.
Schedule: 8-hour day shifts on-site or 4p-12p remote
Call: 1 weekend per month required
Daily Census: 100-120 cases
50% subspecialty work
Case Mix: Light IR and general mix (PF US MR CT)
Shared worklist
Must be board-certified
