The Opportunity
A globally recognized leader in surgical devices is expanding and seeking a driven Sales Rep/Territory Manager to join our Dallas/Fort Worth team. This is your chance to represent a company with unmatched name recognition selling market-leading hernia mesh and staple reinforcement technology to surgeons in Texas.
What Youll Do
- Sell innovative surgical devices with a focus on General and Plastic Surgeons.
- Manage a territory covering DFW San Antonio Austin Midland and Abilene.
- Drive adoption of surgeon preference products in the OR.
- Lead cases and provide procedural expertise.
- Build strong relationships with hospital stakeholders.
What Were Looking For
- Required:
- 35 years of surgical sales experience with a procedural-driven product.
- Background in General Surgery or Plastic Surgery.
- Strong track record of selling surgeon preference items and case leadership.
- Based in the Dallas/Fort Worth area.
- Not a Fit: Orthopedic or spine reps; candidates without surgical sales experience.
- Preferred Sourcing Targets: Ethicon Covidien Bard Cook Conmed Atrium Applied Baxter BD or any plastic surgery company.
- Education: 4-year degree preferred not required.
Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: $145000 $155000
- Total Comp at Plan: $180000 $200000
- Performance bonuses
- Stock ownership
- 1st-year guarantee
- Company car and allowance
- Travel: 30%
