- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources or related area
- 3 years of experience working in Human Resources
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Good attention to details & analytical skills
- Good problem solving
- Advance level of English language
- Keep the physical employment files updated and keep a track of the employees documents relevant for the HR processes
- Issuing new employees with enrollment documents
- Issuing employment contracts and verifying completion
- Communicating with recruiters and other internal teams
- Ensures compliance with company policies and procedures and legal Responsibilities
- Responding to HR-related queries within the company
- Acting as the first point of contact for all employees queries related to HR processes and HR systems
- Long-term and stable cooperation;
