Work Period:May 2026 to August 2026

Location & Schedule: This is a full-time 40-hour-per-week position with a minimum of 3 per week onsite in Needham MAwith the remaining days worked remotely.There is no relocation or housing assistance for this position.

Compensation Range:Ranges from $26/hr - $35/hr. Specific compensation is set according to a standardized scale aligned with your educational level at the time of hire.

As a key member of the Shark marketing team youll focus on products that redefine beauty floorcare and more helping consumers simplify consumers lives with innovative products. From brainstorming creative content to planning product launches youll support initiatives that bring high-performance Shark solutions to households around the world. Youll gain hands-on experience in areas such as campaign planning consumer insights retail marketing event support and sales enablement. Here are some of the EXCITING things youll get to do:

• Coordinate consumer research activities to gather actionable insights for product development and marketing.
• Review and provide feedback on marketing collateral across retailer web and social platforms to ensure Shark brand alignment.
• Create and update packaging instruction manuals and quick start guides collaborating cross-functionally for approvals.
• Analyze the competitive landscape and support the development of strategic marketing plans.
• Manage product samples for photoshoots PR initiatives and media events to support key marketing moments.
• Prepare for and participate in team meetings and executive reviews contributing to cross-functional alignment.
• Maintain and update category databases such as NPD to support data-driven decision-making.
• Support the day-to-day management of external agencies ensuring timely and effective deliverables.
• Brainstorm and pitch creative ideas that push boundaries and enhance campaign effectiveness.
• Contribute to various team responsibilities and special projects as assigned.
• Learn and apply SharkNinjas unique corporate processes and internal systems to support your day-to-day work.
• Explore and analyze digital-first marketing campaigns and activations including trends across categories such as floorcare beauty and home cleaning.
• Demonstrate understanding of our business by analyzing SKU assortments and identifying growth opportunities.
• Investigate and evaluate white space opportunities and competitor products to inform innovation strategy.

ATTRIBUTES & SKILLS:

• Education: Current student in their third year or beyond of a bachelors program or currently enrolled in a masters or doctorate program
• Must be able to work a full-time 40-hour-per-week schedule with a minimum of 3 days per week onsite in Needham MA
• Experience working on Brand Marketing/Management team is strongly preferred
