Responsibilities
Administer medications treatments and nursing procedures.
Monitor document and report resident health status.
Supervise and coordinate nursing assistants daily activities.
Maintain accurate documentation of care admissions transfers and discharges.
Collaborate with physicians and healthcare staff.
Support residents and families with education and compassionate care.
Requirements
Graduate of an accredited LPN program.
Active Massachusetts LPN license (unencumbered).
Current BLS/CPR and AED certification.
Knowledge of long-term care regulations and nursing procedures.
Strong leadership communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to lift 50 lbs and meet physical demands.
